    Which herbs for dishes?

    Contents
    1. Herbs for food - what to look out for?
    2. Herbs for cooking - how do they work?

Herbs are chosen to accompany dishes depending on the flavour you want to achieve - for example: basil is perfect for Italian dishes, likes with vegetarian dishes such as risotto or grilled vegetables, while dill adds an interesting flavour to fish or seafood.

Herbs for food - what to look out for?

When choosing herbs for dishes, it is worth taking into account the specific dish you are planning to prepare. Herbs that every cooking enthusiast should have in their kitchen include:

    • bay leaves - for vegetable soups or cooked chicken

    • oregano - for Italian dishes or roast lamb

    • marjoram - for pea soup, tripe, helps digestion

    • dill - ideal for fish and salads

    • rosemary - for grilled dishes and roast potatoes

    • thyme - for soups, stews, stuffing and seasoning potatoes

The right culinary herbs can add a unique flavour to dishes that will surprise both family members and guests.

Herbs for cooking - how do they work?

Herbs for food are not intended to change the taste of specific products, but allow you to shape the taste and aroma of a dish specific to the cuisine, but you can also use them to spice up your recipes! Thanks to the skilful selection of herbs for a dish, we are able to achieve an original result. What is more, high-quality spice herbs naturally strengthen the body, stimulating digestive processes and thus alleviating possible problems of the digestive system.
