MR COOK CERTIFICATES
When in 2015 I was choosing a certification scheme for Mr Cook Corp., I only considered those that are recognised by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) - the aim of this initiative is to harmonize food safety standards worldwide. In Poland and the EU, this means choosing between FSSC 2200, BRC and IFS. I opted for FSSC 22000 at the time, and time has shown that this was a good decision. Thanks to this, we are a reliable partner for the largest companies in the food sector, and we supply private label products to external companies - including international retail chains. Since our implementation of FSSC 22000, many of our partners, but also market competitors, have relied on this particular certification scheme - joining more than 28,000 certified companies worldwide.
Mr Cook Corp. also offer organic farming products, and thus we have a certificate of EU Organic Farming.
