    Contents
    1. Spices - which are the most popular?
    2. Seasonings - for whom?

Some of the most commonly used spices include salt, pepper, marjoram, lovage, savory, sweet and hot paprika and basil.

Spices - which are the most popular?

The popularity of spices varies depending on specific corners of the world. In Poland, the best known include:

    • salt
    • pepper
    • garlic
    • turmeric
    • oregano
    • paprika
    • cloves
    • cinnamon

For example - in Asia, completely different spices are the most popular, which include:

    • Roman cumin

    • ginger

    • chilli

    • kaffir lime leaves

    • cardamom

    • star anise

Spice blends are also in high demand.

    Seasonings - for whom?

The use of spices is useful for those who want to add variety to the taste and aroma of food - whether sweet, salty, spicy or sour - and take care of their health. Spices exhibit a range of valuable health properties - including antibacterial, warming and digestion-enhancing properties. When choosing spices for yourself and your loved ones - it is worth paying attention to their specific effects and the flavours they are able to impart to the dishes we serve.
